At Johanna Ortiz, we strive to ensure your pieces bring you joy and a sense of festive elegance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected by our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
